Finnish grind outfit Rotten Sound is currently working on their next full-length, tentatively titled "Cursed." The effort will be mixed by Nico Elgstrand (Entombed, Gorgoroth) and is expected to hit stores in early-2011 via Relapse Records.
Rotten Sound will take part in “The Finnish Metal Tour 2†featuring fellow Finns Finntroll, Ensiferum, and Barren Earth. This four-week tour will kick-off on January 31st in Orlando, FL and conclude in early March in Raleigh, NC. A listing of confirmed tour dates and cites can be found below.

Rotten Sound have debuted their new video for their track “Hollow†online. You can view the clip, which was directed by Casper Haugegaard, below. The song is taken from the band's new album “Cursed“, which is on course for a March 15th release date through Relapse.

Extreme metal supergroup Lock Up has set "The Embodiment Of Paradox And Chaos" as the title if its new album, tentatively due this spring via an as-yet-undisclosed record label. The CD was recorded in November-December at HVR Studios in Ipswich, United Kingdom and is scheduled to be mixed later this month.

The Famine recently wrapped up filming a new video for an as-yet unspecified track from their forthcoming album “The Architects Of Guilt“. The group enlisted the services of director Michael Dalton (The Showdown, War Of Ages) for the shoot. More details are expected shortly.
The band have also finished tracking their new album and are currently having it mixed by Jason Suecof (Chimaira, All That Remains). Speaking on the album, band drummer Mark Garza offered the following update:
